Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

All Medical Devices, sold by MEDsan, Inc., that malfunction can be returned in the original packaging within the warranty time of the Medical Device. In case of malfunction, please contact us at (727) 699-2777 to schedule an appointment for a service representative to go over the issue(s) with you before sending the device back to us. A lot of cases can be resolved during a service call. If the service representative is not capable of resolving the problem you will be asked to send us the Medical Device. We have the right to repair your medical device as often as needed within the warranty. No device will be gone more than 4 weeks for repair, and if repair is not possible we will send you a replacement.


All other products, if unopened and unused, can be send back to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

If the product was used by you, do not send it back to us before opening a claim with us and receiving claim approval from us via email including instructions where to send the product and how reimbursement will be handled.

REFUND POLICY

TeleMedicine:
If you cancel for any reason, any unused portion of your membership fee for the current month paid in full, it will not be reimbursed to you.
However, you will be able to use the TeleMedicine services until the end of the current month.

Medical Devices:
Once a Medical Device was delivered and the Physician/Lab Director/or person dedicated to work with this device had his Hands-On-Training with the Device, there is no refund possible. If the Medical Device is defect it will be repaired or exchanged as long as it is within the Manufacturer's warranty period.

Hands-On-Training may be in form of personal training, training via Video, training via Zoom/Teams/Google Video Conference, etc.

iSelfTest:
Once an iSelfTest was delivered and the Recipient opened the iSelfTest, there is no refund possible. If the iSelfTest arrived defect or damaged, it will be exchanged/replaced for free, as long as the defect/damage was claimed including pictures of the defect/damaged product and packaging within 7 days of delivery. Claims may be filed at iSelfTest@medsaninc.com.

If we sent a wrong iSelfTest do not open the Test Kit and call us at (727) 699-2777 for a free return shipping label and replacement with the correct iSelfTest.



Rx Medications:
If you have ordered Prescription Medication and the order has not left the warehouse yet, you can cancel the order and get your money back, less a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price.
If the Prescription Medication has already shipped, we cannot refund portions nor the whole amount of the product price, as the circle of custody has been broken and the product cannot be restocked or resold.

OTC Medications:
We have a total satisfaction guarantee for all OTC Medications in form of an empty bottle policy, meaning if you haven't been totally satisfied with the OTC Medication, you can send us the empty bottle in the undamaged original packaging back and we will refund the purchase price.

Shipping Cost will not be reimbursed.

CBD Products:
We have a total satisfaction guarantee for all CBD Products in form of an empty bottle policy, meaning if you haven't been totally satisfied with the CBD product, you can send us the empty bottle in the undamaged original packaging back and we will refund the purchase price.

Shipping Cost will not be reimbursed.


Dietary Supplements:
We have a total satisfaction guarantee for all Dietary Supplement Products in form of an empty bottle policy, meaning if you haven't been totally satisfied with the product ordered, you can send us the empty bottle in the undamaged original packaging back and we will refund the purchase price. Please be aware that you have to initiate the return within 33 days of receipt of the product. Also make sure you present us with the tracking information.

Shipping Cost of the product to you and back to us will not be reimbursed.


Auto Shipment Products:
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused portion of your order within 14 days from your delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping.
Products are provided with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
You may contact us at order@medsaninc.com or call us at (727) 699-2777, anytime within 14 days of the original delivery date for 100% refund of the product purchase price (excluding any shipping and handling charges) and obtain shipping instructions to return any unused product.
Upon receipt of your return shipment, we will cancel the original credit card authorization, or issue a full refund if your funds have already been collected. Refund shall only be paid on a one-time basis per household (as determined by the sole discretion of MEDsan, Inc. based on customer order data and IP address).

Here at MEDsan, your satisfaction is our main priority. That is why we offer a 14-day, money-back guarantee (shipping & handling will not be refunded).
This means you can try all auto ship products, and if, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied, simply return the unused portion within 14 days for a full refund of your product purchase.

Instructions for returning an item:

 

  • Pack all unused product in a box (use the original package).
  • Please include your order number, billing name and address with the return.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

 

For your protection, we recommend you use UPS/FedEx/USPS and include tracking. Ship the return package to:

Keep the Tracking Number to ensure your return is delivered to us.
You can expect a refund in the same form as your original payment within 30 days of our receipt of your returned product.
Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse a refund to anyone reasonably suspected by us to have previously taken advantage of its satisfaction guarantee on multiple occasions.
We have no problem giving an unsatisfied customer their money back, just please do not take advantage of the guarantee.
Giving you a refund in accordance with the terms and restrictions that are set forth herein is the full and complete liability that we have to you.
You agree that the length of the refund period we have underlined above (14 days) is acceptable, and you agree that the time of the refund period is reasonable.
You further agree to try the Ketone product during the initial 14 day period following your product order as a material consideration required by us as part of the purchase price.
You further warrant that you will make a determination during the initial 14 day period if the product is as described and to decide whether you wish to keep the product.
If you do not notify us during the refund period in the manner described in this agreement, and you agree that if we don't not hear from you via our easy to use email and toll-free phone services, that we assume you have fully accepted our terms of our offer, complete and final acceptance of the terms and you will have no further right of readdress a refund for any reason.

Partial Refunds

In the event a product is returned within the 14 days, but more than 30% of the product has been consumed or not returned, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund versus a full refund. By placing an order on our website, you agree that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner. If you're living in locations that require custom duties and/or VAT taxes to be collected you understand that, unless custom duties and/or VAT taxes are collected at the point of sale by us you remain entirely responsible for payment of any/all custom duties and taxes at the time the product is delivered pursuant to your instructions. If, for any reason, the freight or courier account of MEDsan, Inc. is charged for custom duties and/or VAT taxes, in lieu of you paying these fees directly, then you hereby authorize MEDsan, Inc. to bill your credit card for said charges or for the return of goods if they are refused at the point of destination. If ordering outside the United States - ensure your order complies with local laws and that it is legal for import. By placing an order on our site from anywhere outside of the United States, the customer bears all responsibility for duties, taxes and potential shipping delay issues. These fees, if any, are not subject to refund.
