important vitamins. Folic acid contributes to the physiological function of the immune system. It is involved in numerous metabolic processes, the formation of red blood cells, cell formation and cell division. Pantothenic acid is involved in the production of the important coenzyme A and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The B vitamins contribute to physiological energy metabolism.
