DISINFECTION

sanaSEP is based on the active substance sodium hypochlorite, which releases hypochlorous acid in its dissolved state. sanaSEP has a virucidal, bactericidal, fungicidal and sporicidal effect. Hypochlorous acid is also used by the body’s own immune system to fight pathogens of all kinds. Viruses and bacteria for instance can be inactivated by the oxidative effect of hypochlorous acid, which can lead to damage of the individual components and the degradation of the pathogen.

The active substance sodium hypochlorite is explicitly referred to as a disinfectant by the WHO (Infection prevention and control during health care when novel coronavirus (nCoV) infection is suspected, Interim guidance, WHO, 2020) and, among other active substances such as ethanol and hydrogen peroxide, has been identified by several research institutes as suitable in the fight against coronaviruses.

Application: Rub hands twice with approx. 3 ml of the solution and keep them moist for 30 seconds each.

sanaCLEAN limited virucidal • bactericidal • fungicidal Ready to use solution for surface disinfection.

Application: Thoroughly wipe the surface with the disinfectant solution with a spray or disposable cloth. The application is against enveloped viruses and may only be carried out on non-polluted, dry surfaces. If the surface is soiled, it must be cleaned before disinfection. The minimum contact time is 30 min. Attention must be paid to material compatibility.

Application: Thoroughly wipe the surface with the disinfectant solution with a spray or disposable cloth. Exposure time 15 minutes. For the treatment of areas up to 2 square meters.
